Top Notch Landscaping & Supply was established in 1992 and is owned and operated by Chris Duplaga, a lifelong resident of Wheeling, W.Va.

The company has built itself a name where landscaping services, design and implementation have always been of quality, excellence, detail and absolutely nothing less. Having been in the industry long enough, through these years of development, Top Notch has grown and expanded into offering services within the Tri-State area — not only to homes, but to commercial areas as well.

Top Notch is a landscaping service company that generates ideas, implements design, and maintains the output for commercial areas and for your home. We offer a wide range of landscaping services from management to installations, and supply yard equipment and materials to suit all of your needs.

Headquartered in Wheeling, Top Notch Landscaping is composed of a team of people who have a united goal to satisfy their clients through the creation and implementation of seamless, detail-oriented, and A-quality designs all of the time.

Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Supply Yard Hours:
(March through December)
Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
